- Providing feedback and support to candidates on assessment decisions
- Contributing to the internal QA process
The Verifier Award will enable a qualified assessor to verify the work of other assessors by…

- Supporting assessors
- Monitoring the quality of assessors’ performance
- Meeting external QA requirements
What is Involved?
The course is delivered one to one or in groups of no more than four people at a location and time to suit you. You will be assigned a dedicated trainer. You will need up to 6 sessions including one observation.
For the A1 award you will need two NVQ candidates to work with.
For the V1 award you will need two assessors to work with.
You will be expected to produce a portfolio of evidence which will be assessed and verified by Arena’s qualified staff. Usually you will complete the award within 6 months.
