Why do an NVQ in Care Level 2?

This is the minimum qualification that is accepted by CSCI and to keep within the minimum standards of 50% of staff qualified it is not a bad idea to aim high and have all your staff qualified.

It is aimed at Care assistants who work on the floor on a day to day basis and will enable them to be more professional in their approach for the benefit of the service user, the business and themselves, a win-win situation for all concerned.
