Why IT Training
Many organisations rely on IT. However, many waste time by not fully utilising the features of their software applications. Learning the most efficient way to use IT applications can save employees from repetitive and frustrating tasks and, in the process, save businesses considerable amounts of time and money. Often we may be able to obtain FUNDING for customers, making using our training services, which are already good value, even more attractive!
Whether you require advice on how to work smarter with your PC's or how to use current systems & programs more effectively, or gain knowledge in a new area, we offer advice & bespoke courses to meet your needs - those of the Employers and the Staff alike.
We also run Staff IT inductions for client company's and courses for Staff returning to work who perhaps once did posses the knowledge but haven't used it for sometime. We work with employers and their staff to deliver courses that will improve staff productivity by helping people to become better equipped, with more confidence and more effective in the use of their Computers to maximise the benefit to themselves and to the company.
Why Arena
Because we identify the organisational & personal needs first and then tailorour courses accordingly. Sessions are friendly, informative and in small groups, if not one to one. That ensures no one will be sitting with theirhand in the air waiting for help and twiddling their thumbs- be it in our IT suiteor elsewhere. Our personal hands on approach is what our previous attendees tell us is really different. Many have tried and failed to learn on college courses but have succeeded with us.We deliver training in our IT suite or at our clients.

About Our Personnel
Tim Wilson BA(Hons) - IT Specialist
Tim joined the Arena team in 1997. He delivers our IT Training courses both externally & internally, and runs our IT Helpdesk. He is also responsible for our own IT Network & Systems and is Director & Manager of our Capability Snapshot Service Centre. Capability Snapshot is the most comprehensive, fast and cost effective 360° organisation evaluation tool available, and we have the exclusive franchise for the UK and Eire.
