Management NVQ's
An NVQ in Management can help you gain a clearer understanding of your role in the workplace whilst gaining a quailification that will assist your personal development and promotion opportunities.
You can complete your qualification to fit in with your work and personal commitments, and gain a certificate recognising your competence as a Manager and/or Team Leader.
We offer NVQs Levels 2, 3, 4 & 5 in Management. We can tailor your training programme to build on you strengths and focus in areas that you need to improve as a Manager.
Our flexible training programmes are delivered at your workplace or at one of our centres and a dedicated trainer will guide you through the qualification according to your individual needs and learning style.
Our initial assessment process will help you choose the most appropriate level of qualification:
NVQ Management Level 2 (Team Leader)
The Level 2 is suitable if you are a Team Leader. Your work towards the qualification will involve the application of knowledge and skills in a range of varied work activities. You will need to have some degree of personal autonomy and responsibility in your role as Team Leader, and collaborate with others through membership of a team.

NVQ Management Level 3
The Level 3 is suitable if you are a practising first Line Manager with a tightly defined area of responsibility. You will need to have a degree of opportunity for taking decisions and managing budgets, and be responsible for achieving specific results by using resources effectively, allocating work to team members, colleagues or contractors.

NVQ Management Level 4
The Level 4 is suitable if you are a practising Middle Manager, responsible for allocating work to others and achieving specific results by using resources effectively.
You will need to carry out policy decisions in your own area of responsibility, control financial budgets, and contribute to broader activities, such as change programmes and be involved in recruitment.

NVQ Management Level 5
The Level 5 is suitable if you are a Senior Manager with operational responsibility for substantial programmes and resources, and a broad span of control.
Your role will need to include pro-actively identifying and implementing change and quality improvements, negotiating budgets and contracts and leading high level meetings.
