NVQ
NVQ’s
You can gain a nationally recognised qualification in the area you work, no matter what age you are. Arena offers many training programmes in various occupational areas and often funding can be accessed to either assist or pay for the qualification. Staff at Arena can give you advice and guidance on where to access this fundingthe only stipulation being you must be in employment.
Apprenticeships
Get on-the-job training, study for a nationally recognised qualification such as an NVQ and earn money while you learn. Apprentices learn on the job, develop skills and knowledge, gain qualifications and earn money at the same time. To qualify for an ‘apprenticeship’, you need to be living in England, not in full-time education and aged between 16 and 24.
Employers
NVQ’s and Aprrenticeships, no matter how large or small your organisation, give you the chance to develop the skilled staff you need for your business. Again funding can be accessed either in part or full for the training of your staff. Contact a member of the Arena Team for more guidance.
